“ALEX!” the Doctor shouted excitedly. “Yes! He’s the next me, the eleventh me, if you will! Yes, he does love his bowties. They are pretty cool, if you ask me, though I prefer the tie myself.” He ruffled his hair excitedly, “So you know him well then? Do you travel with him? Are you a companion?” He wasn’t sure why he was so excited, but the prospect of meeting a future companion made him happy.

She jumped at the sudden outburst. Surprising, but at least he seemed to have caught on to what she’d meant. Giggling a bit at the similarities she noticed between him and the Doc she knew, Lilly cleared her throat a little. “Ah, yeah, you could say that — well, started like that. Goin’ on all sorts of adventures and getting in trouble. He saves me from monsters and cybermen, I save him from mad scientists.” She shrugged her shoulders. “All of it’s fantastic through.”

“Sounds like me alright! Adventures are my speciality! And the running. Got to love the running.” He sighed, and then took the opportunity to actually get a good look at her. “So, going by the looks of you, I’m assuming that you’re human, mid to early twenties. I’d say?” he ask curiously.
